② No house parties allowed at this home whatsoever. Please be mindful of our neighbors with no late-night noise, especially after 10 pm.
③. Check-in after: 4:00 PM ~ Checkout before: 10:00 AM
④. Maximum overnight guests 6 people.
⑤. No visitors on the property that are not listed on your reservation.
⑥. Guests will respect and follow all community guidelines listed here and inside the property.
⑦. You agree to know our policies and agree to follow all house rules and to be respectful of the property and all of its contents or you forfeit the remainder of your booked stay without refund plus damage fees.

~ This property is large enough to have two houses separated by the pool. The owners live on the property in the house behind the pool and are always happy to say hello if you want them to :)
